1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kkfb1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the website kkfb1.net and all associated services, products, software, and content provided therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, placing any bet, making any deposit, or interacting with any game or feature on the kkfb1 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.
• You meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years and are legally permitted to engage in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money placed as wagers.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and the account you create represents your own identity and financial activity exclusively.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the kkfb1 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to kkfb1 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Players who do not satisfy all of the following conditions are not permitted to register an account or use the platform in any capacity:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum that cannot be waived under any circumstances. kkfb1 enforces age verification at registration and at any subsequent point where identity documentation is requested.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your location.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension applied by kkfb1 or any affiliated responsible gaming program.
• Personal use only: You must be registering and using your account for your own personal entertainment only — not on behalf of any other person, business entity, or organisation.
• Not a kkfb1 employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform.

kkfb1 operates a strict 18+ Only policy. Any account found to be registered by or operated by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited into such an account will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any bonus amounts or winnings generated, which will be forfeited in full.

Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to make use of parental control software and to keep their kkfb1 account credentials secure and inaccessible to minors in the household. 3 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming features on kkfb1, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) active account on kkfb1 at any time. If kkfb1 detects the existence of multiple accounts registered by the same individual — identified through name matching, shared payment methods, shared device identifiers, shared IP address ranges, or other technical indicators — all associated accounts will be suspended immediately. Balances and pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide your real full name, date of birth, and a valid email address at registration. This information must match the details on the official government-issued identification document you hold. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your kkfb1 account and for keeping that password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kkfb1 will never contact you by email, chat, or any other means to ask for your account password. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

kkfb1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard responsible gaming and anti-fraud practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name)

Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe requested by kkfb1 may result in withdrawal delays or, in cases of suspected fraud, permanent account suspension.

3.5 Account Transfers

kkfb1 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account, account balance, or any accrued bonuses or rewards to any other person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kkfb1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kkfb1 does not accept foreign currency deposits. The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kkfb1 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (selected accounts)

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not accepted, and deposits received from unverified third-party sources will be returned and may trigger an account security review.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: ৳200,000 (subject to account verification status and rolling 24-hour limits)
• Maximum withdrawal per 24-hour period: ৳500,000 for fully verified accounts

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

kkfb1 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for other methods may vary. All withdrawals are subject to a standard security check before release. kkfb1 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund your account, or to methods registered in your verified name.
• If a bonus has been credited to your account, any applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal request can be submitted on funds connected to that bonus.
• kkfb1 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which kkfb1 bears no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kkfb1 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out below. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general rules, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses credited to a kkfb1 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Players should review all bonus terms before accepting any offer.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held an account under any name, device, or payment method are not eligible for new-player offers.
• Reload bonuses and ongoing promotions are available to eligible active accounts as defined in the specific offer terms.
• kkfb1 reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility at its discretion, particularly where abuse of bonus terms is suspected.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures — is a serious breach of these Terms. kkfb1 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit to the player's account. If the wagering requirements attached to a bonus are not met within the specified expiry window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically. Standard bonus expiry is 7 days unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the kkfb1 platform operate under certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. kkfb1 does not modify game outcomes and does not have the ability to influence results on third-party certified game engines.

6.1 Accepted Use of Platform

The kkfb1 platform is provided for personal entertainment use only. You agree to use the platform in good faith, within the spirit of the rules, and without attempting to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.

6.2 Prohibited Gaming Behaviour

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, display glitches, or pricing anomalies in live betting markets. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void and will be removed from the account.
• Collusion with other players in live casino games or poker-style formats.
• Any form of arbitrage betting, syndicate betting, or coordinated staking designed to remove risk from wagering activity in a manner that abuses bonus terms or platform pricing.

6.3 Game Result Disputes

In the event that a player disputes a game result, the outcome recorded in the kkfb1 server logs shall be the definitive record of the transaction. Where a discrepancy exists between a player's device display and the server log, the server log takes precedence. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction in question by contacting [email protected] with the relevant game round ID.

6.4 Platform Availability

kkfb1 aims to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, scheduled maintenance windows, technical outages, or service interruptions by third-party providers may temporarily affect access to some or all features. kkfb1 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, provided such downtime is communicated where reasonably practicable.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkfb1 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, submitting forged documentation during KYC verification, or misrepresenting your identity in any interaction with kkfb1.
• Money laundering: Using kkfb1 to process funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform as a mechanism for layering, placement, or integration of illicit funds. kkfb1 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider on a deposit that was legitimately made to your kkfb1 account. Any player who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will have their account suspended and the disputed amount will be pursued for recovery.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access areas of the kkfb1 platform outside your authorised account, probing for security vulnerabilities, reverse-engineering any part of the platform software, or interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language or behaviour toward kkfb1 support staff or any other user of the platform.
• Underage gambling facilitation: Knowingly allowing or facilitating access to the kkfb1 platform by any person under the age of 18.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

kkfb1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Detection of duplicate or multi-accounting activity
• Confirmed or suspected underage access
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy
• Extended period of account inactivity (no login or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months)

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request to close their kkfb1 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before an account can be closed, any pending withdrawals must be processed and any active bonuses will be forfeited. A real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completing the required withdrawal review.

8.2 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login activity or wagering transaction has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. kkfb1 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder at the registered email address before applying an inactivity status. Inactive accounts with a real-money balance will be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 from the date of inactivity designation, until the balance is exhausted or the account holder resumes activity.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 6 months, or 12 months via the account settings panel or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed or shortened once activated. Upon expiry of a self-exclusion period, a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period applies before full account access is restored. 8.4 Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you have the right to appeal the decision by submitting a written request to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notice of suspension or closure. kkfb1 will review all appeals in good faith and provide a written response within 10 business days.
